Ling Lee

Ling Lee is a dynamic film director and educator with extensive experience in documentary filmmaking and film editing. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Film and Moving Image for Post-Graduate Students at Edinburgh College of Art, Ling Lee has directed and produced significant works including a film focusing on the challenges of translation and the experiences of survivors of gender-based violence, in collaboration with Charlotte Bosseaux and the University of Edinburgh. Previous roles include directing and editing projects for the Scottish Documentary Institute, BBC Scotland, and other prominent organizations, showcasing a strong foundation in storytelling and visual communication developed through formal education, including a Master's degree in Documentary Direction from the National Film and Television School.
