Carla Treadway

Carla Treadway is the owner of Treadway Acres Flower Farm, focusing on cut flowers, herbs, veggies, and events, and an assistant professor of business at The University of Findlay, where duties include teaching various business courses and directing the BRITE Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. Carla has a diverse background in health and wellness coaching through Carla Treadway, LLC, and operates Tread's Gym & CrossFit 458. Previous roles include marketing and business development coordinator at Encompass Engineers and Architects, micro business manager at HHWP Community Action Commission, and director of marketing and admissions at Trilogy Health Services. Carla holds multiple degrees, including a B.A. in Health Care Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education.
