Johnathan Ferraro

Johnathan Ferraro is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in student life administration, currently serving as Associate Vice President for Student Life at The University of Findlay since July 2016. Previously, Johnathan held various roles including Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at the same institution, as well as Area Coordinator at the University of Indianapolis. Johnathan's expertise includes supervision, training, community development, policy formulation, and diversity training, along with a strong commitment to student retention and engagement. Additional involvement includes membership on several committees and teams, enhancing campus sustainability and student support initiatives. Johnathan holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education Social Studies from Slippery Rock University.
