Paul Sears

Paul Sears has extensive experience in academia, currently serving as the Dean of the College of Business at The University of Findlay since 2006. Prior to this role, Paul Sears held the position of Dean at Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University from 1997 to 2006 and directed the MBA Program at Baldwin Wallace University from 1980 to 1995. Additionally, Paul Sears owned and operated Objects of Desire from 2014 to 2015. Academically, Paul Sears earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and an undergraduate degree (AB) in Economics from Yale University.
