Kirby Overton

Kirby Overton, Ed.D. serves as the Dean of the College of Business at The University of Findlay since August 2015, focusing on enhancing academic programs and collaborating with faculty to ensure quality education and financial feasibility. Previously, Kirby held roles as Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Assessment and Assistant Professor of Business, delivering various courses in management, communications, and marketing. In addition to academic responsibilities, Kirby is the owner of EB3: Every Body, Body Butter, and has experience as a health coach, athletic coach, and career consultant across several educational institutions. Kirby holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing, all from The University of Findlay.
