Katie K.

Katie K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and industries. Katie began their career in 2005 at Palumbo & Cerrell, where they served as a Legislative Correspondent. In 2006, they joined The City of Fort Dodge, Iowa as a Grant Writer/Government Liaison and remained in this role until 2010. During this time, they also joined Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce as an Executive Director for a brief period in 2010. Katie then transitioned to Coe College, where they served as the Director of The Coe Fund from 2010 to 2013. After leaving Coe College, they joined The University of Iowa Alumni Association, initially serving as an Associate Director of Events - Health Sciences from 2013 to 2015. Katie was then promoted to the position of Director of Communications, Membership, and Marketing, a role they currently hold.

Katie K. attended the University of Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Prior to attending the University of Iowa, they also had an unspecified educational experience at The Washington Center for Internships & Academic Seminars.
