In this role, Vivi will provide leadership and oversight of all UNM information technology operations and strategies. She will lead the IT Services team to ensure a service culture, continuity of operations and continual improvement to ensure that these roles work in support of teaching, research and student experience. Vivi will also oversee and implement new and refreshed policies in IT provision and service.
