Shannon Chase

Shannon Chase is a seasoned professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at EMC Insurance Companies since August 2025. Previously, Shannon held various roles at Maverik, Inc., including Manager of Talent Development and Senior Talent Development Consultant, and served as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Krause Group from November 2020 to August 2023. Shannon's earlier experience includes a Sales Learning & Development Consultant position at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where responsibilities involved consulting on developmental learning solutions. Additionally, Shannon has worked at Mercer as a Senior Learning and Training Analyst, at Principal Financial Group as a Corporate Recruiter, and at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Educationally, Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
