Matt Douglas

Matt Douglas is an experienced professional in the fields of property and facilities management, infrastructure, and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Property & Facilities at The University of Queensland since February 2023, Matt has held various leadership roles at UXT and Innomate as Director from July 2022 to January 2023. Prior to these positions, Matt was with Integral Group Australia for a decade, where titles included Senior Principal, Director, Principal, and Associate Director from March 2012 to June 2022. Earlier in Matt's career, a role as Senior Electrical Engineer was held at Aurecon from December 2003 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Electrical from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Building Fire Safety from QUT, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Fire Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
