Rekha Crawford has a diverse work experience. Rekha started working at MinterEllison in 2010, where they held various roles including HR Administrator, HR Advisor, and Human Resources Consultant. In 2017, they joined The University of Queensland as an HR Business Partner and later became a Project Manager in the HR Transformation Program Office. Rekha then moved on to the role of Associate Director in HR Governance, Transformation & Strategy at the university. Currently, they are the Acting Director of People Services and is also the Target Operating Model Lead.
Rekha Crawford obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Deakin University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Management/Bachelor of Business Communications at The University of Queensland from 2002-2005. Rekha also holds a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, which was obtained in 2023.
