Ahmed Mosaad Abdalla is an experienced project manager currently leading a team at The University of Sheffield, where the focus is on developing small, low-cost wind turbines through a collaborative effort involving approximately 20 students from various engineering disciplines. Previously, Ahmed contributed to the Project SunbYte, which achieved recognition as the only UK initiative to win the REXUS/BEXUS competition, a European Space Agency program. Additionally, Ahmed was involved in Project Kestrel, aimed at innovating the delivery of medical supplies in East African communities through the development of UAVs made from locally sourced materials. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Foundation degree in International Foundation Year in Science and Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
