Richard Bruce serves as the Internationalisation Director at The University of Sheffield, a position held since January 2012, while also directing the Grantham Ambassador Programme and acting as Chief Business Advisor for the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures. Richard has undertaken roles in supply chain accounting research, consultancy, and teaching, as well as serving as Programme Director for International Business Management with Study Abroad. Richard was the Interim MBA Programme Director at the University of Sheffield Management School for a brief period in 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Enterprise Unit Head & Lecturer in Strategy at Harper Adams University from 1990 to 1996. Richard holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Open Book Accounting & Trust in the UK Grocery Sector and an MBA from The University of Sheffield.
