Keith Hill

Keith Hill currently serves as the Director of Technology Operations and Infrastructure at the University of Southern Mississippi, where responsibilities include leading a team of technical professionals to enhance customer service through improved operational standards and risk management strategies. Previously, Keith held positions such as Director of IT Infrastructure at Tier Technologies, where an infrastructure assessment and strategic development addressed stability and risk issues, and Associate Vice President of Service Support at Amerigroup Corporation, where reorganization and productivity improvements were key focuses. Keith's earlier experience includes roles as a Computer Scientist at CSC and Network Systems Engineer at Textron, with foundational work as a Network Engineer for the City of Hampton, an Instructor with the Virginia Army National Guard, and an Electrician's Mate in the US Navy. Keith holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University.
