Julia Bursch

Julia Bursch serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the UTC Research Institute at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Previously, Julia held key leadership positions including Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Chattanooga, as well as Director of Operations and Special Projects at River City Company. Julia's experience also includes roles as Operations Director & Project Manager at Metro Ideas Project and Instructor at Pure Barre. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed studies at Signal Mountain Middle/High School.
