Sienna Antoniolli

Sienna Antoniolli is an experienced professional in student development and residence life, currently serving as a Residence Hall Director at Baylor University since July 2021 and as a Residence Life Resident Director at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since July 2019. Sienna has a proven track record in mentoring and supervising Resident Assistants, managing budgets for staff development and programming, and overseeing conduct administration for student populations. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Tarleton State University, where Sienna managed residential operations and supervised Residential Leaders. Sienna holds a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication Studies, both from Tarleton State University.
