T. Michael Johnson

T. Michael Johnson currently serves as the Assistant Director of Sports Programs & Camp at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where responsibilities include overseeing intramural and club sports programming, staff supervision, and managing the UTC Sports Complex. Prior to this role, Johnson worked as a Recreation & Athletics Specialist 4 at Seattle Central College, managing sports and recreational activities for diverse populations and overseeing revenue-generating programs. Experience also includes serving as Community Center Supervisor and Program Coordinator at Macon-Bibb County Government, where operational management and adapted sports for individuals with diverse abilities were primary focuses. Johnson started his career as a Summer Camp Counselor and served as Program Director at the Center for Excellence. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
