Teresa Hartnett

Teresa Hartnett has extensive experience in finance and administration, holding various leadership positions at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, University of Memphis, and The World Bank. Teresa has a background in public finance, international economics, and higher education, with a Doctorate in Higher Education from The University of Memphis. Teresa also worked on financial issues in higher education in Sub-Saharan Africa during their time at The World Bank.
