Donna Neblett

Donna Neblett serves as the Director of Teacher Education and Accreditation and Director of Educator Preparation and Accreditation at The University of Tennessee at Martin since April 2015. Concurrently, Donna holds the position of Project Coordinator for the Teacher Quality Partnership at the University of Tennessee. Previous roles include Director of Admissions at Dyersburg State Community College and Director of Professional Development at Discovery Education, where a significant business growth and strategic partnerships were fostered. Donna also has experience as the Director of Schools for Obion County, overseeing a large educational workforce and budget, and taught secondary education before advancing into administrative roles. Education credentials include a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Tennessee at Martin, along with a Master's Plus from Cumberland University.
