Kirsten Schroeder

Kirsten Schroeder is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and faculty affairs. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at the University of Tennessee since August 2016, Kirsten has also held roles such as Faculty Affairs Coordinator and Compensation Analyst at the same institution. Prior to this, Kirsten worked as an HR Generalist at South Dakota State University and held various positions within the Utah System of Higher Education, including Executive Assistant to the Commissioner. Earlier in the career, Kirsten served as Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs at Weber State University and held administrative roles at both The University of British Columbia and Oregon State University. Kirsten holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Oregon State University.
