Mary Lucal

Mary Lucal currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at both Wake Forest University and George Mason University, with experience at the University of Tennessee since February 2006 in various senior human resources roles, including Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Consultant at Harvard University from March 2001 to August 2005. Mary Lucal holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Women's Studies from The College of Wooster.
