Bradley Matthews

Bradley Matthews currently serves as the Director of Career & Professional Development and the Director of Internships & Career Experiences at The University of Texas at Austin, starting in October 2023. With extensive experience at Texas A&M University since June 2016, roles have included Instructor in the School of Military Sciences, Associate Director of Career Services for Arts & Sciences, and Senior Career Coordinator for the College of Liberal Arts. Responsibilities have encompassed managing career development services for over 8,300 students, advising numerous students per semester, directing career fairs, and fostering employer relationships. Bradley has also worked with organizations such as Educational Testing Service and College Advising Corps, focusing on college admissions and career advising while contributing significantly to student engagement through workshops and events. Educated at Texas A&M University, with a Master of Science in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Bradley combines academic knowledge with practical experience in career services and student affairs.
