Dr. Rich Handley

Dr. Rich Handley serves as a Leadership Instructor and Leadership Coach at The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities include teaching Emotional Intelligence and Leadership at the Professional Development Center and coaching MBA students at the McCombs School of Business. As President of EQ University since January 1998, Dr. Handley oversees one of the most experienced providers of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership services, offering assessment, consulting, coaching, and training to a diverse clientele that includes government agencies, military personnel, law enforcement, higher education institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior experience includes serving as a Mental Health Provider and Leadership Consultant in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 2011, as well as service in the United States Marine Corps from 1975 to 1978.
