Dr. William Jay Thiele

Dr. William Jay Thiele possesses over 36 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, currently serving as Co-Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board at the University of Texas at Austin's College of Pharmacy and as Founder and CEO of Bella Vista Biosciences. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made at Neurocrine Biosciences, where leadership spanned from Senior Director to Vice President of CMC Development, revolutionizing drug development processes and successfully commercializing products like Ingressa® and Ongentys®. Earlier career milestones include positions at Genta and SmithKline Beecham, beginning with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin.
