Hon Lam

Hon Lam currently serves as the Director of Employer Relations at The University of Texas at Austin, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Hon Lam was the Career and Alumni Development Officer at the Hector and Gloria López Foundation and the Senior Operations Manager at SXSW, where significant achievements included expanding University Partnerships Programs and enhancing community partnerships, notably with KultureCity. Hon Lam's extensive experience in career coaching and student affairs spans multiple institutions, including a substantial role at the Texas McCombs School of Business and over eight years at The University of Texas at Austin in various capacities related to student development and career coaching. Educational background includes a Master’s in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
