Jayesh Parekh

Jayesh Parekh is an experienced investment professional and advisor with a strong focus on alternative protein and social impact ventures. Currently serving as a Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin, Jayesh also holds leadership positions as Managing Partner at Good Protein Fund and Good Startup, both investment firms targeting early-stage deep-technology startups in the alternative protein sector. Jayesh contributes to the AKHAND JYOTI EYE HOSPITAL as a member of the Advisory Board and plays a role on the Board & Investment Committee of the Aavishkaar Group, which focuses on social impact investments in India and Southeast Asia. An Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD, Jayesh has a diverse background that includes board positions at Milaap Social Ventures and One Animation, as well as advisory roles at Jungle Ventures and Alphonso Inc. Jayesh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
