Lillian Mills is the current dean of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Lillian began their career in 1981 as a tax staff member at Deloitte. Lillian then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1982, where they worked as a tax senior manager until 1989.

Mills began their academic career in 1996 as an associate professor at the University of Arizona. Lillian then moved to The University of Texas at Austin in 2006, where they served as an associate professor until 2009. In their current role as dean, they have been responsible for leading the school through a period of significant growth and transformation.

Lillian Mills began their educational career by earning their PhD in accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Lillian then went on to earn their Ms in Accounting from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.

They work with Mark J.T. Smith - Dean and Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, Rámon Rivera-Servera - Dean, College of Fine Arts, and David Vanden Bout - Dean. Their manager is Sharon L. Wood, EVP, Provost.
