Sridhar S M currently serves as the Lead Safety Officer at The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities include managing laboratory spaces and ensuring compliance with safety standards through regular communication with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S). Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry Labs, where oversight of safety protocols was a key duty, and as a Safety Assistant in the Mullins Research Group, contributing to the maintenance of safety standards across multiple laboratories. Sridhar also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Fellow at DGIST and as a Summer Research Fellow at JNCASR, focusing on advanced materials for lithium-ion batteries.
