Tricia Berry

Tricia Berry is the Founder and CEO of STEMwise Connections, a company focused on enhancing connections to advance goals in STEM education. Additionally, Berry serves as the Executive Director of the Women in STEM (WiSTEM) program at The University of Texas at Austin, leading initiatives for the recruitment and retention of women in STEM fields. As a co-founder of the UT K12 STEM Collaborative, Berry fosters collaboration among over 70 STEM outreach programs. Previous roles include directing the Women in Engineering Program and the Engineering Scholarship Program, alongside a background in product development and process engineering at The Dow Chemical Company. Berry holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
