Dr. Wayne Gearey

Dr. Wayne Gearey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in location economics and data analytics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Geography at CoStar Group since January 2024, Dr. Gearey previously held significant positions including Clinical Professor of Decision Science at The University of Texas at Dallas and Senior Managing Director at Savills. With an impressive background in utilizing spatial data to inform strategic business decisions, Dr. Gearey has worked with notable organizations such as Lightcast, JLL, and The Staubach Company. Dr. Gearey holds a PhD from Coventry University, among other advanced degrees in social science, geography, and business process reengineering.
