Vasant Gondhalekar

Dr. Vasant Gondhalekar serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas, since January 2023, while also leading sales and strategic initiatives for the Transportation Business Unit at Cyient since April 2021. With extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sector, Dr. Gondhalekar previously held senior roles at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included business development and managing strategic accounts. Prior roles at Jacobsen Golf and Turf involved overseeing engineering operations, and Dr. Gondhalekar's tenure at Cessna Aircraft Company encompassed leading engineering teams and managing regulatory compliance for aircraft certification. Dr. Gondhalekar holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Solid State Physics, alongside executive education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Duke University.
