Shari Biediger

Shari Biediger serves as the Strategic Communications Coordinator at The University of Texas at San Antonio since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in communications and journalism. Biediger has a robust freelance writing career that spans several notable publications, including the San Antonio Business Journal and Express-News, which began in June 2016. Prior to this role, Biediger was a Business & Development Reporter for the San Antonio Report from August 2016 to June 2025 and held the position of Senior Digital Editor for USAA at Pace Communications. With a background in content creation since 1989, Biediger has worked in various capacities, including as an Independent Communications Consultant, Content Editor at USAA, and as an editor for the San Antonio Bar Association.
