Amanda Spielman

Amanda Spielman is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Previously, Amanda served as President of Mischer Associates and Senior Vice President at Memorial Hermann Health System from 2013 to 2018, and held the position of Chief of Hospital Operations at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center from 2009 to 2013. Amanda also worked as Director of Business Development & Operations at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, and in Business Development & Marketing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Amanda began their career as a Corporate Brand Manager at Compaq Computer Corporation. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, obtained between June 1997 and May 1999.
