Latoya Horton

LaToya Horton is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and enterprise resource planning. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at The University of Texas System since April 2022, LaToya previously held positions at The University of Texas at Arlington as an Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst and at UT Southwestern Medical Center as a Financial Analysis Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams for sponsored program award setups and maintenance. LaToya's career also includes roles as a Business Analyst at UNC Health Care and as an Accounting Manager at UNC-General Administration.
