Mike MacKert

Mike Mackert is a seasoned academic with extensive experience at The University of Texas at Austin, where positions have included Professor and Director of the Center for Health Communication. Additionally, roles as Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Center for Health Communication have been held. Since 2006, Mike Mackert has also served as an Assistant Professor within The University of Texas System. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mass Media and Information Studies, an MA in Information and Telecommunication Management, and a BS in Chemistry, all earned at Michigan State University between 1997 and 2006.
