Scott Naylor

Scott Naylor possesses extensive experience in project management, particularly within the realm of higher education capital projects. Currently serving as Program Manager in the Office of Capital Projects at The University of Texas System since April 2020, Scott leads initiatives to enhance educational facilities. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at The University of Texas System and The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities encompassed procuring and managing design and construction services throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, Scott's earlier work at GS&C Architects involved architectural design and construction administration. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Houston.
