Assoc. Prof. Paul J. Maginn

Assoc. Prof. Paul J. Maginn currently serves as the Director of the UWA Public Policy Institute, a position held since July 2024. Formerly, Maginn has been with The University of Western Australia since February 2007, fulfilling roles as Interim Director of the UWA Public Policy Institute, Associate Professor, and Senior Lecturer. Additionally, Maginn was Editor In Chief at Urban Policy and Research from September 2014 to December 2023. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Policy from London South Bank University, a PG Diploma in Town and Country Planning from Queen's University Belfast, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Regional Analysis and Development from Ulster University.
