David Connell

David Connell has extensive experience in international engagement and market development within higher education. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Engagement and Adviser for Internationalisation at The University of Western Australia since September 2019, David previously held roles focused on international market development at the University of Canterbury from January 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, David spent eight years at Curtin University, where positions included Manager of International Student Recruitment and Regional Recruitment Manager. David holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Health Education and Promotion from The University of Western Australia.
