Dr Darja Kragt

Dr. Darja Kragt is the Founder and Leadership Scientist at The Leading Lab, where leadership development strategies are tailored to meet organizational objectives since March 2015. Additionally, Dr. Kragt serves as a Lecturer in Leadership and Work Psychology at The University of Western Australia, focusing on leadership development, work identity, and volunteering. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Officer at The University of Western Australia, where critical contributions were made to emergency services research and social policy projects. Dr. Kragt holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from both Maastricht University and The University of Western Australia, along with advanced degrees in business research and international business from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from TalTech.
