Josh Jenkins

Josh Jenkins is an experienced technical professional currently serving as the Technical Director at UWA Motorsport since January 2021, where responsibilities include driving the team's 2025 electrical vehicle concept and overseeing design in all technical areas. Previous roles at UWA Motorsport encompass Powertrain Team Member, Powertrain Lead, and entry-level Team Member, focusing on the technical development and validation of powertrain packages from 2022 to 2024. In addition to automotive expertise, Josh has served as a Casual Academic Tutor at The University of Western Australia since March 2022, teaching various engineering units, and worked as a Liquor Team Member at BWS since September 2020. Relevant internships include a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at Advanced Navigation in early 2024 and a Junior Draftsperson role at Legeneering from January to August 2023. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from The University of Western Australia, completed in December 2022, and a WACE Certificate from Carine Senior High School.
