Mark Reynolds is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education and supercomputing. Currently serving as Professor and Head of the School of Physics, Mathematics, and Computer and also as Professor and Head of the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering at The University of Western Australia since February 2012, Mark has previously held notable positions including Director of iVEC@UWA at the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre from July 2015 to June 2017, and Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia from July 2004 to December 2009. Mark’s earlier roles include Associate Professor in IT at Murdoch University and Lecturer at King's College London. Mark holds a PhD in Computing from Imperial College London and a BSc in Mathematics from The University of Western Australia.
