Tomas Corcoran is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in research and academia. Currently serving as Professor and Director of Research at Royal Perth Hospital and the University of Western Australia, Tomas holds several key positions, including Chief Principal Investigator for the LOLIPOP trial and PADDI Chief Investigator for the Australia and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists Clinical Trials Network. Additionally, Tomas is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Monash University and Clinical Professor at the University of Western Australia. With a strong foundation in clinical research, highlighted by previous roles as a Raine Clinical Research Fellow at both the Raine Medical Research Foundation and the Western Australian Department of Health, Tomas holds an MB, BCh, BAO degree in Medicine from University College Cork, completed in 1992.
