Meera Menon

Meera Menon is a co-founder and executive director of The Unscripted Project, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that enhances middle and high school students' social-emotional and interpersonal skills through improvisational theater. With experience as a consultant at Bain & Company, Meera engaged in strategic solutions and previously held the position of director for strategy and data at FutureReady NYC, focusing on connecting public high school students with long-term economic security. Prior roles include engagement manager at the Wharton Small Business Development Center and investment banking summer analyst at Goldman Sachs. Meera holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and participated in a semester abroad in Politics and Business at The University of Edinburgh.
