The Management Team at The Up Center is responsible for overseeing and guiding the agency's key programs and initiatives to ensure they effectively serve the community's needs. This team includes the Marketing Manager, who drives awareness and engagement; the Major Gifts Manager, who secures funding to support vital services; the Manager of Housing and Financial Stability Programs, who oversees financial counseling and housing initiatives; and the Senior Operations and Compliance Manager, who ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Together, they strategize, implement, and manage efforts to fulfill the organization's mission of empowering vulnerable citizens and strengthening families.
