Christy Roberts is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at KAI Enterprises and The UP Companies since April 2021, Christy has a proven track record in talent acquisition, having previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Radius Global Solutions, where efforts focused on building a global recruiting team. Additionally, Christy's background includes significant leadership roles in business development and workforce management at Debt Management Partners LLC, Valmar Merchant Services, C3/CustomerContactChannels, and Charter Communications.
