Lydia has experience in building recruitment businesses and managing technology leadership mandates for various types of businesses. Lydia began their career in search as a Researcher and quickly progressed to a Consultant role. Lydia also has experience in sales trading in equities and prime brokerage. Lydia holds a degree in Archaeology & Anthropology from the University of Oxford and has achieved top grades in both A levels and GCSEs.
