Stephanie De Wangen is the Director of The Up Group. Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience in online media and marketing. Stephanie started their career at AOL as a Senior Business Development Manager in Europe. In this role, they drove EURO 1.75M in incremental revenue for AOL Europe through online sponsorship and advertising partnerships. Stephanie then moved to Excite Corporation as the Director of European Account Management. Stephanie left Excite Corporation to join Amazon as the European Online Channel Manager. At Amazon, they were responsible for leading online marketing activity across the UK, France, and Germany with a focus on driving incremental new customer acquisition and revenue through all online channels. Stephanie then joined CTPartners S.A. as a Director focused on recruiting in the New Media and Internet space. Stephanie has a proven track record in online media and marketing and is an expert in their field.

Stephanie De Wangen received a BA in International Relations from Trinity College-Hartford and a minor in Russian language. Stephanie then attended the Intermediate Summer Russian Language School at Middlebury College to study Intermediate Russian Language. Stephanie later received a certificate in International Relations from Sciences Po. Finally, they attended Benjamin Franklin International School, Barcelona.

Their manager is Clare Johnston, CEO & Founder. They work with Gemma Hale - Head of Development, James Burrows - Director, and Danielle Ward - Director.
