Miika Leinonen

Miika Leinonen has a diverse work experience in the fields of code and data, research, teaching, and data science. Miika started their career as a Research Assistant at Aalto University in September 2016 and held this position until April 2021. During this time, they also functioned as a Teaching Assistant from September 2016 to April 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant from May 2018 to August 2018 and from May 2017 to July 2017. In 2019, Miika joined IBM as a Data Scientist Trainee for a period of three months. Most recently, they have been working at The Upright Project since April 2021, focusing on code and data-related tasks.

Miika Leinonen completed their Matriculation Examination at Tampereen Yhteiskoulun Lukio from 2011 to 2014. Miika then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Aalto University from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they furthered their education at Aalto University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
