Terri Axtell

Terri Axtell is a seasoned I/O psychologist and executive coach with extensive experience in driving individual, team, and organizational effectiveness across various industries, including sales, technology, life sciences, and financial services. Currently serving as an independent contractor at Axtell Consulting since January 2003 and as a Senior Consultant/Executive Coach at both BTS and Vaya Group, Terri specializes in executive assessment, coaching, and team development. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Right Management and Vice President positions at Bankers Trust and Chase, where Terri focused on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and career development strategies. Terri holds a PhD and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a BS in Psychology from Penn State University.
