Joseph Caldiero

Joseph Caldiero has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joseph began their career in the United States Air Force, serving for 7 years in the Food, Fitness, and Lodging Management role. Joseph was recognized for their outstanding contributions, being named one of the 12 Outstanding Airmen of The Year recipients and serving on the Enlisted Council.

After their military service, Joseph transitioned to the private sector, holding various managerial roles. Joseph worked as a General Manager at Wilde Roast Cafe from 2005 to 2014. Subsequently, they became a Regional Director at Umami Restaurant Group, LLC, overseeing operations from 2014 to 2018.

In 2018, Joseph joined Philz Coffee as a Multi Unit Manager, responsible for managing multiple locations. Joseph held this role until 2021, when they moved on to Salt & Straw as a District Manager, responsible for a specific district. Later that year, they joined Veggie Grill, Inc. as a Regional Operations Manager, with a focus on the Northern California region. Additionally, in their role at Veggie Grill, Inc., Joseph served as a Regional Operator for NorCal, Pacific Northwest, and Northern regions.
