Jonathan Heinze

Jonathan Heinze is a highly experienced Senior Administrative Officer and Personnel Specialist at The Ventura Group, Inc. Jonathan has extensive experience in personnel management, recruitment, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as an Assistant Human Resources Coordinator at the same company. Jonathan also has experience as a Community Engagement Manager at George Mason University Inter-fraternity Council, where Jonathan oversaw volunteer management and fundraising efforts. In addition, Jonathan has worked as a System Analyst and Sharepoint Administrator at The Ventura Group, Inc., and as a Substitute Teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing a projected B.A. in Sociology at George Mason University.
